Return Policy

Returns –

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect). You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions –

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

1. Paints and hobby supplies (including sprays, glues, etc.)
2. Used or on sale products
3. Preorder or special order products (barring manufacturer defect)

Restocking Fee –

All returned items (barring manufacturer defect) are subject to a 10% restocking fee at the store’s discretion, this will be deducted from your refund. Drawbridge Games does not refund the original shipping and handling paid on an order shipped to a customer, nor does Drawbridge Games cover return shipping.
