Hi, I’d like to get involved w/ a game. Can I just show up? Do I need to contact anyone in particular? I’m interested in wargames, d&d, star wars, pretty much anything.

    Thanks,
    Darren

I just picked up Armada and have been building my fleet on a very small budget. I have been looking for a place that hosts game nights for it, I was wondering how the turn out is on Wednesday and if there have the people are welcoming to new players. I have been turned off of several games because it wasn’t to welcoming Ming to new players.

      Hi Brian,

We have a very welcoming play environment. Drawbridge Games hosts some of the best Armada players in the area, but they are also some of the most kind and willing to teach.

Our store does require you to be a member to play, but membership gives a number of other advantages and is very inexpensive. You can check out some information on that here: http://www.drawbridgegames.com/gatecrashers/

      Hope to see you soon,

      -Rico

Hi! I am a bit old-fashioned I guess, but I will take the shame when I say, “I love D&D!”. I haven’t been able to play for a while. (I think the last time I played was 3.5 edition)…I miss it and would like to find a nice, friendly local place to kind of ease myself back into gaming, meet some cool people and have some gaming fun.

I know membership is required and I read over the membership info. I guess my question is…are there d&d 5th edition casual games I can jump into if I do get a membership?

    Thanks!

      Hi Erica,

We do host casual D&D, and 5th Edition has been quite a popular seller. That said the meet-ups tend to be player driven with folks organizing through email or social media. The games hosted here are often one-shots as opposed to on-going campaigns, though I am not averse to either format as long as the players are members or pay our day-pass fee.
